It's a small little cafe that's clean, cheap and with basic but accordingly cheap food. Nice people who work there and many regulars from the train station and taxi rank. Breakfast is £4.50.
Little cafe / sandwich shop :-)

First time visiting after walking past after university so many times! It was as good as expected, presented beautifully and very good service with a friendly bunch of staff. Was so happy to have loose tea instead of a teabag too, really can taste the difference. Although most of the menu is breakfast based, there's a lot of choice, especially if you really love breakfast foods as much as me! There are gorgeous cakes on display which I unfortunately didn't get to try. But would definitely visit again to try more such as their smoothies and cakes and anything else.
Had breakfast there - poached eggs. Very nice. The place looks simple and clean and had good service. Prices are OK, especially considering it's pretty much in the city centre. Would definitely go there again.

I usually find places like this very annoying, overpriced and somewhat poncy! However, I was pleasantly surprised when I met a friend for lunch here. I won't go into what sealed the deal for me, just yet. The service was friendly, albeit very slow with only one member of staff taking orders as the others seemingly just faffed about. That aside, the service was friendly and courteous and helpful when deciding what to have. I do feel that for what it is, this venue is rather overpriced. The drinks were nice, but overpriced... So maybe sipping is best if you don't want to rack up a large bill as a result of the drinks. The food was good and cooked freshly. More comfortable chairs would be a great idea, the wooden chairs felt like having lunch at school and we were left with numb bum. Now, the carrot cake was the winner.... Absolute rapture. I'll be back for more of that. Overall, good food and a nice venue that worked well for a catch-up over lunch.
A super popular brunch spot with high quality ingredients. Being really busy, there was quite a wait for food and service good definitely have been better. The food was tasty, though they had run out of pancakes! I'd go back but only if it's quieter!

Best sandwiches in town; nice staff nice variety. Line moves very fast which is good but too many menu boards not too great if your new but staff are patient. Shame you can't sit down Food is always good. Decent portions of ur hungry
Alwaya great food here with a variety of choice. There is a salad section where you can get freshly made sandwiches, baguettes, wraps etc. There is a hot food section and cakes! There is a seating area inside for about 5 people however most people take the food away. I always get a sandwich with chicken which can be warmed up with chilli sauce. It represents good value for money.

A really lovely, fresh and vibrant lunch for an otherwise grey day. Great selection for vegans!!! You don't feel limited at all here - and good value compared with other high street lunch to go options. I am one very happy lady this lunch time. 100% recommend.
This is my favourite place to grab lunch. It has a wide variety of salads, soups, sandwiches, jacket potatoes and some hot food. The prices are good and the food tastes amazing. The staff are really friendly and very switched on when it comes to allergy information. My diet is quite restrictive, however I have so much choice here. I can't recommend it enough!

Great selection of noodles, fillings and flavours, all freshly prepared in front of you. Reasonably priced. I highly recommend the Malaysian spice sauce :)
Had the Schezaun Tiger prawn & chicken noodles. Must say it was amazing, cooked to perfection and delivered on time. Best Chinese food I've had so far.

Not bad, very standard overall. I ordered a delivery over JustEat, and initially they said it would take 1 hr 15 minutes, but it arrived after about 50 mins, which is fine by me. The chow mein was exactly what you'd expect, no surprises, and the vegetable spring rolls are mostly pastry so a bit of a poor effort. I will likely order from them again, since they are fairly reliable, but I'm not expecting anything special.
Love the crab and sweetcorn soop grate when your ill

Friendly helpful staff. Terrific food, especially the buffet.
Good selection on the menu though more could be done for vegetarians as they would stuggle with the selection.

Always use Amir's for our Indian take-away and there's good reason for it; they're always early on the delivery and the food is delicious, on top of being reasonably priced. They also look after their regular customers as we always get extras when it comes to poppadoms. Can't recommend enough!
Wonderful. Friendly and helpful. Waited to deliver when we were still out on our way home. Delicious food. Great flavours, non greasy and we had free rice, salad and popadoms included. Can't wait to order again

Best takeaway in Birmingham. Very old establishment and service and food still outstanding. I've been going here for years and never had a reason to moan. Their food is bang on and their portion sizes are massive. They decorate every few years so place is nice and clean.
Great curry and fast delivery. One of my fave places to get my takeaway.
182 Lozells Rd, Birmingham B19 1PA, UK – 0121 554 2555
This place is honestly the best restaurant I have eaten at. Everything, and I mean everything from drinks to food is amazing. The food is tender and full of flavour. I have never had any problems with this restaurant, the service is spot on and the food is AMAZING! Don't go anywhere, this is the place to go. The price is right and the portions are decent.
Really nice guys - Something different - Try the omlette burger - stunning ! Nice guys who go the extra mile ! Exceptional food. Worth driving down to - definitely!

Caribbean restaurant for sit down and take away meals. Never sat down to eat there so can't really rate it as a sit-down restaurant. Seems pretty basic. I tend to take my food home. Mainly Caribbean food, but fries and chicken also available.
The food is top notch and I go there regularly for lunch....value for money...

Ordered here for takeaway many times, never got round to leaving a review. Has to be done! I've had the mutton soup which was proper peppery in a very good way. Normally get oxtail and rice and peas. The food is nice, rice is right, peas are right, oxtail is plenty, just ask for as much meat and if they can they will. There polite as well and I've not had a bad experience. Sorry no photos, I'm writing this review on a FULL stomach and all I.could.snap would be bones and and empty tray!
Ordered and collected Mutton meal, food was good and portion size was great. My only feedback is if fewer bones are removed from the meal.
Five Ways Leisure Centre Unit 6 - Phase Ii Board St, Birmingham B15 1AY, UK – 0121 643 0439
WARNING! Beautiful food review ahead! This restaurant is a stereotypical American diner but without all the greasy food. There are no complex menus. Perfect for them indecisive people who spend forever choosing what to eat. You place the self order at your own leisure and no time in wasted getting you seated as its all self seating on comfortable benches. As a vegetarian you need to opt for the 'veggie sandwich with grilled cheese'. The name is deceptive. It's actually a hot burger bun with grilled mushrooms tomatoes onions lettuce with optional pickles and jalapenos with spicy hot sauce. Fantastic news, they don't charge you for optional extras so go wild when ordering. Definitely recommend a side portion of Cajun fries, the most addictive sides I've tasted, but I would recommend the small size as they always give you what seems to be double the quantity and it's perfect to feed two. The Oreo milkshake is thick and a perfect texture. It has plenty of Oreo biscuits for a strong flavour and fuller texture. But it's heavy so drink slowly, otherwise you find yourself struggling to finish your burger. The food is served quickly via self collection. You're given an order number on your receipt. Best thing whilst you wait is the unlimited supply of roasted salted peanuts still in the shells. I made a right mess everywhere but hey, they tasted good! Price is reasonable, however the side order of fries are somewhat overpriced for regular size just under £5. If ordering the veggie sandwich then I'd recommend ordering 2x. The burger is small. There is no on site free parking unless travelling after 6pm where there is street parking which gets busy quickly behind broad st. Otherwise there is ample paid car parks within a short walking distance. Overall, this was a great experience and I was unable to fault the staff or restaurant. I would indeed recommend all vegetarians and vegans to visit.
A sunny summer day and after drinks at the local pub, it was nice to come and exoerience the five guys id heard so much about. The burgers were messy ( just the way i like them) and i love the concept of the sharing bag. The food was pretty good too.
