Having recently purchased a bike from here, I can honestly say that the customer service I received was excellent! I spent at least an hour every visit (quite a few!) in here before actually making my mind up, and the guys upstairs were knowledgable, friendly and answered every question I had (and there were many!). On the day of collection for my bike, the guys downstairs could not have been more helpful. Overall, excellent service from a really well-stocked and well-staffed store.
Really helpful staff! I went in looking for some cycling shoes and left with a lot more knowledge on finding the right shoes. Thank you :)

I used On Your Bike to hire 7 bikes for an office 'away day'. From initial enquiry to returning the hire bikes, staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating. Exemplary and professional level of service. I would recommend their service.
Bought a new bike from this place just before Xmas. I’ve had a couple of issues with it since and on both occasions it has been dealt with in an exemplary fashion with absolutely no questions asked. A good bunch of guys, clearly very knowledgable and passionate about what they do. Would definitely recommend and would buy from them again.

Hugh of cycle surgery has the patience of a saint and gives excellent advice in every aspect of cycle geometry , drive train choices and bike fit. Thanks! it was easily the best advice I have ever been provided in a bike shop.
It is very nice large shop with plenty bikes. I do recommend it because the prices are very good for that city centre location.

I have always found the staff to be very knowledgeable and give honest advice, they always try and accommodate even the smallest query. I have seen them deal with customers who are being difficult and not taking responsibility and they are always very professional. The staff are truly 'into' bikes so you are dealing with people who know what they are doing. Thanks guys.
I recently purchased a bike from Cycle Republic. The team were great, very efficient and nothing was to much trouble for them. Very knowledgeable and willing to share freely. I recently took my back wheel in for a service as it went out of true again I couldn't fault the team dropped it off and the following day I collected and to my surprise the team didn't charge me for the repair. I will be using these guys as my LBS in the future. Many Thanks for your help.

They have two locations, one next to the Sealife, and the other one indicated here on the map. You should definetly call before visiting the shop because they may be one or the other location. Otherwise they do have a good selection of bikes. Bought one of their cheapest (around £60) and it has served me well for my everyday commute during 3 months (then I left B'ham, the bike is still fine!). If they don't have what you need in stock, they may look at the ones not repaired yet and get it fixed for you in a week or so. You can also purchase a lock at the store if you need one.
Never open just went there and it's not open 9 - 5 lies
