Good facilities and not overcrowded compared to budget gyms. Swimming pool is a decent size and no lifeguard is present.
Some improvements staff polite and pleasant enjoyed my day there using facilities and masage and head rub very relaxing

Came here today for a 60 minute full body massage. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Emma was fantastic, she regularly asked if the pressure was okay and was lovely and chatty! Pool, sauna and steam rooms were very lovely. We picked a good time to go as it was very quiet. I will definitely be returning to this lovely spa.
The great atmosphere has gone from the gym ever since they did the refurbishment. Now it feels more like the numerous, plain ones around the city. They do a lot of offers through different discount websites, so weekends are always busy with visitors. The pool area still very small but they do have couple of saunas and a decent steam room. The customer service has improved though but still no complementary herbal tea or coffee (due to H&S reasons apparently!)

I love it. Have your daily workout and when you are finished you can go down stairs to the pool area where you've got the sauna and steam room. Do I think the gym could use a lil more space? Yes definitely! But that doesn't change it being a really good gym
Something that I was looking for a long time. Small but well managed gym what is not crowded. Never was waiting for a equipment. Also there is spa, sauna and swimming pool. The pool is always empty. BEST GYM I HAVE ATTENDED IN BRUM.
